Ceramics Wellbeing Sessions - Private Clay Experience in London

One-to-one Ceramics Wellbeing Sessions offer you an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore the therapeutic nature of clay.

You’ll spend time in my private ceramics studio, working with clay in an intuitive, process-led way. I will provide a calm environment to support whatever you need, whether that’s a moment of grounding in a busy week, time working with your hands or a way to explore a creative idea. You do not need to be an artist or even consider yourself a creative person. My aim is to facilitate a connection to the natural creativity we all have.

I draw on my experience as both a ceramic artist and an HCPC registered art psychotherapist to shape each session around you. These sessions are not formal art therapy, but aim to provide a therapeutic environment for exploring creativity and wellbeing. There’s no pressure to perform or produce anything specific. The focus is on process, presence, and the healing effect of working with clay.

What to Expect in Your One-to-One Clay Session

  • Tea, music, and a calm atmosphere
